Welcome to AirBoard, your shared whiteboard for community radio stations! These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using AirBoard, including our £5/month subscription or trial. By using AirBoard, you agree to follow these rules. They’re written to be clear and simple for our radio station users.

About Us

Roger That Media runs AirBoard, a platform to help radio stations plan shows and stay connected. Our address is available on request—email us at hello@airboard.uk.

Using AirBoard

Access: You need a valid account (username and password) from your station manager to use AirBoard.
Subscription: AirBoard costs £5/month per station for unlimited use. Trials may be offered—email hello@airboard.uk to start one.
Your Responsibility: Keep your account secure (don’t share passwords) and use AirBoard for lawful, station-related purposes only (e.g., show prep, events).
Prohibited Actions: Don’t misuse AirBoard (e.g., spamming, hacking, or posting harmful content). We may suspend accounts for misuse.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment: The £5/month fee is charged to the station’s account. Contact hello@airboard.uk for billing details.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us. No refunds for partial months, but we’ll stop charging you.
Trials: Free trials have the same rules as paid accounts. We’ll notify you before a trial ends to switch to a paid plan.

Data and Privacy

We care about your data! See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your information (like emails and show prep notes). We only keep data for as long as you use AirBoard and don’t share it unless required by law.

Liability and Support

Service: We work hard to keep AirBoard running smoothly but can’t guarantee it’ll be perfect all the time (e.g., no downtime or bugs).
Liability: Roger That Media isn’t responsible for losses caused by using AirBoard (e.g., missed broadcasts). Use it at your own risk.
Support: Need help? Email hello@airboard.uk, and we’ll get back to you fast.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to improve AirBoard or meet legal requirements. We’ll notify you by email or in the app if anything big changes.
